I offer hands on personal advice and support and consultancy services.
The aim of the service is to provide business support that is in line with the requirements of the client such as:
- Establishing a recruitment & selection process and support with sourcing talent;
- Developing strategies to retain your staff and building and communicating your employer brand;
- Reviewing and establishing performance management and talent management processes;
- Review of HR operations and ensuring your company is in line with statutory obligations such as requirements from the National Employment Rights Authority (NERA);
- Support in preparing for a NERA Audit;
- HR policy and procedure development such as bullying & harassment, social media policy etc.
- Broader business support such as training and development, one to one manager development and support;
- HR Audits.
The HR Audit reviews current and non-existent HR policies and procedures to ensure that all are in line with the requirements of your company and its culture as well as all Irish and European Union legislative requirements. The HR Audit would review the following: core terms and conditions including contracts of employment; employee handbook (or develop one as required); grievance, disciplinary and bullying and harassment policy; performance management system and HR process and procedures.
