myHRguardian.ie is a website run by an experienced HR professional with Chartered CIPD certification, offering support to those considering entering the workplace, those in the workplace and employers alike.
I have a Degree in Management and Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology and completed a Masters in Business Studies specialising in Human Resource Management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. I started my professional working career in the Retail / Wholesale Industry where I then moved to the IT industry. I am keen to continue to develop myself and have completed a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland as well as courses from the Institute of Management of Ireland.
As an experienced HR Manager I decided to take the step to set up myHRguardian as I often get queries, questions and calls asking for advice and support on all things HR, people and business related from friends, family and acquaintances. The aim of myHRguardian is to offer this support to a wider audience.
