About Me

I have a Degree in Management and Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology and completed a Masters in Business Studies specialising in Human Resource Management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. I also have Chartered membership with CIPD.

I started my professional career in the Car Leasing industry followed by the Retail / Wholesale Industry and then to the highly competitive IT industry.

I am an advocate of continuous professional development and so am keen to continue to develop myself. For example I have completed a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland as well as courses from the Institute of Management of Ireland.

Why did I set up myHRguardian?

As an experienced HR Manager I decided to take the step to set up myHRguardian as I often get queries, questions and calls asking for advice and support on all things HR, people and business related from friends, family and acquaintances. The aim of myHRguardian is to offer this support to a wider audience.
